Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products after receipt. The customer can request a refund for any reason. We will refund the purchase price if the product does not meet expectations, the item was delivered damaged or in an unusable condition. The product can only be accepted for return if it is unworn and unused.
What does the customer need to do for a refund?
To receive a refund, you must notify us that you wish to return the product within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to our customer service at info@lamiano.com. The return must include an order number as well as your name and address so we can quickly identify it as yours. You will then receive the address of the return center and must send the item to the specified address.
Who bears the costs?
The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.
What happens if I receive an obviously defective item?
When can the customer expect a refund?
A refund will be issued within 2 days of the return's arrival in the form of a repayment via the originally chosen payment method. Once the refund has been sent, the customer can expect to receive it within 5 business days, depending on payment processing.
