I recently placed an order. When can I expect it to ship?

The tracking number will be provided in the order confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us by email: info@lamiano.com.

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there are any problems?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in case of product defects or damage. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please ensure that the returned package includes your name and order number.

Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for the package to arrive before initiating the return process.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours without incurring any charges. Please ensure you cancel your order before it is dispatched. However, if you contact us after 24 hours and the product has already been dispatched, please refer to our return and refund policy once you have received the product for a full refund.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do now?

If you accidentally provided an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the error. If the address provided is incorrect, we can correct it with the correct address within 24 hours. Please note that refunds are not possible after 24 hours from the date an incorrect address has been submitted.
