Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lamiano, info@lamiano.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

If you cancel the contract, we will refund the entire amount you paid. We will refund the amount no later than two days after the product has been received at the returns center. Depending on the payment processing, it may take up to five business days for the refund to reach you. We will use the same payment method you used. There are no additional costs for the refund.

You must return the items to us within 30 days of receipt. We only accept returns in perfect, unused condition.
